Palladium Tower NO:2 İç Kapı No: 76 Ataşehir / İstanbul - TÜRKİYE, provides the following information within the scope of our obligation to inform, in order to ensure compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") and secondary legislation regarding the personal data obtained from the data subject through the completion of forms on this website, email correspondence, and career applications.

Purpose, Collection Method, and Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

The Company, acting as the data controller, processes personal data limited to the purposes of responding to enquiries and complaints submitted via our website contact forms, evaluating suitability for employment or service, conducting necessary communication during suitability assessment, and executing emergency procedures. Data may be collected through website forms, email, and manually completed application documents. Categories may include name, surname, nationality, identity number, place and date of birth, age, address, phone number, email address, emergency contact information, marital status, vocational training, foreign language skills, seaman's book details, professional qualification information, medical and passport information, workplace history, and other details provided in application forms. Processing is based on explicit consent where required, necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, and legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed, in compliance with the fundamental principles of the Law and with necessary administrative and technical measures.

To Whom and For What Purposes Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

The Company may transfer the personal data mentioned above to business partners, representatives, service providers (including email and hosting providers), and relevant institutions and organizations located domestically or abroad, limited to the purposes described above and within the conditions specified in the Law.

Personal Data Belonging to Third Parties

If you provide personal data of third parties to our Company by any means, we remind you that you are responsible for fulfilling your legal obligations, including the obligation to inform under the Law and secondary legislation. Otherwise, you shall be held liable for any damage that may arise.

According to Article 11 of the Law, every individual has the right to:

• Request information if personal data has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used appropriately
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction if data are incomplete or incorrectly processed
• Request deletion or destruction if reasons requiring processing no longer exist
• Request notification to third parties in case of correction or deletion
• Object to results arising solely from automated processing
• Request compensation if damage occurs due to unlawful processing

Our Company will conclude your applications free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of your request, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
